**Terms and Conditions for Appliance Repair Services**

**1. Scope of Services**
Everest Tower Appliance Repair (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides repair and maintenance services for residential and commercial appliances in Los Angeles, California. The following terms and conditions apply to all service agreements between Everest Tower Appliance Repair and the customer (“you,” “your”).

**2. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations**
– All service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
– We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technician availability).
– You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with no penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

**3. Diagnostic Fees**
– A diagnostic fee is charged for all service visits to assess the problem with your appliance.
– The diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total cost of the repair if you proceed with the service.

**4. Estimates and Pricing**
– All repair estimates are provided after diagnosing the appliance issue.
– Estimates include parts, labor, and any applicable taxes or fees. Additional parts or labor required beyond the initial estimate will be communicated before proceeding.
– All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

**5. Parts and Labor**
– We use high-quality OEM or equivalent parts for repairs. The availability of parts may affect the repair timeline.
– Parts ordered require a 50% deposit prior to ordering. Deposits can be made via Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, credit card or other accepted payment methods.
– Parts delivery typically takes 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. We do not guarantee delivery times as this is subject to third-party carriers.
– All labor is performed by trained and certified technicians.

**6. Payments**
– Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
– Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, check, Venmo, Zelle, or other approved methods.
– For large repair projects or parts orders, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.
– Invoices must be paid within the agreed-upon time frame, typically at the time of service or per the terms outlined in the invoice.

**7. Warranty**
– We provide warranty coverage on all parts and labor related to your repair. Parts are covered for up to 90 days, and labor is covered for up to 30 days from the date of the original repair. This warranty applies to defects in workmanship and the materials used.
– Warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, negligence, or damage caused by the customer or third parties.
– Should the same issue reoccur within the warranty period, we will address it at no additional charge for the parts, where applicable.
– Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period for them to be valid.

**8. Limitation of Liability**
– Everest Tower Appliance Repair is not responsible for any damage to the appliance, property, or personal items resulting from misuse, pre-existing conditions, or manufacturer defects.
– We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, parts manufacturers, or shipping carriers.
– Our total liability is limited to the amount of the repair or service fee paid.

**9. Customer Responsibilities**
– You agree to provide accurate information regarding the appliance model, issue, and location at the time of scheduling.
– You are responsible for ensuring the appliance is accessible for repair at the scheduled appointment time.
– If the appliance is covered under warranty or manufacturer agreements, you must notify us in advance.

**10. Cancellations of Parts Orders**
– Cancellations of part orders must be made before the part is shipped from the supplier. Once shipped, the part order cannot be canceled.
– If a refund is requested after the part has shipped, it may be granted at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges.
– Special-order and oversized parts are non-refundable.

**11. Dispute Resolution**
– Any disputes arising from our services must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the issue.
– We will work in good faith to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with California law.

**12. Governing Law**
– These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any legal actions or disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

**13. Changes to Terms and Conditions**
– We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future services.
